Directly on the beach of the Indian Ocean on a 57,000 sqm plot of land in the small Fujairah Emirate. The town of Fujairah is about 50 km away. The transfer time from Dubai is about 90 minutes (about 140 km ).

The hotel complex has two swimming pools and a wellness center with various wellness facilities; there is a generous lobby, a main restaurant with terrace, an italian specialty restaurant at the pool, a beach restaurant as well as several shops, multi−purpose room, disco.
Rooms
Total of 321 rooms. 191 Superior double rooms (about 34 sqm), 90 Deluxe rooms and 20 Executive rooms (about 43 sqm) and various suites with sea or garden view. The Deluxe rooms have a separate area (wooden partition) for the children. All rooms and suites are equipped with walk−in shower, WC, cosmetic mirror, air−conditioning, minibar, TV, safe, balcony or terrace. 26 Superior double rooms are available with a connecting door. 2 Superior double rooms for guests with special needs.
